How do I make an order?

Making a purchase is quick and easy.

1. Select a Category on our home page and then on the item image to view the details.

2. Add the item to your shopping bag by clicking on 'Add to Bag' and you will see it appear in the right hand corner of your screen. Select 'Shopping Bag' to view the items you have ordered and make any changes.

3. Confirm the details are correct and then select 'Checkout' to proceed with your order.

4. Complete your details, the delivery address and acknowledge acceptance of our terms and conditions.

5. Enter your payment details and select 'Place Order'. Your order will then be processed and we will send you an email confirming your order.

How can I be sure I am selecting the right size?

We have included Size Charts to assist you with selecting the right size. Please review these charts as they will guide you on the various size conversions.

We also recommend you review the product descriptions which include relevant information that will assist you in selecting the appropriate size choice.

Should you end up selecting the wrong size we are happy to exchange it for a different size. Advise us within 7 days of receiving your item and follow the instructions under our Returns Policy.

How do I find a specific item?

If you have a particular item in mind, we recommend using our Search feature found on the Home page. If you are looking for a certain brand of clothing be sure to include in your search criteria the brand you are looking for as well as the type of item. e.g. TM Lewin Womens White Shirt

What payment methods does WorldWear accept?

We accept Visa and Master Card or direct debit from your bank account.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details online at WorldWear?

Yes, WorldWear uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your card information as it is transmitted over the internet. Your credit card details are processed by the Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) payment gateway and neither WorldWear nor its staff has the ability to access or store your card information. Refer to our Security Policy for more information.

Is my personal information kept private?

All personal information you share with us is kept confidential. For details please read our Privacy Policy.

Can I order by phone?

If you prefer to give us your details over the phone please phone us on +64 9 378 7263 and we will arrange your order for you and advise you when it is ready for delivery.

How will I know you received my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

How do I pay using direct debit?

Start by selecting the Direct Credit in the Payment methods. The order confirmation page will give you instructions and our bank account details. Once the funds have been cleared, we will email you with confirmation of your order and the items will be delivered.

How much will I be charged for postage?

We deliver all NZ orders under $100 for FREE and offer a standard courier rate of $5.00 per order for all orders over $100. The delivery charge to Australia is $10 for orders under $100 and $20 for orders over $100. Refer to our Terms for more information on delivery and delivery of items to other destinations.

Does WorldWear send to PO Box Addresses?

Yes we send to PO Box addresses as well as home and work addresses.

Will there be additional taxes and duties payable on my item?

No, the total price of items purchased within New Zealand is inclusive of GST and any applicable duties.

Items purchased from outside New Zealand will not incurr additional local tax and duty charges provided the total value of the order does not exceed AU $1000.

How soon will I get my order?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, your should receive your order in 2-3 working days if we are delivering within New Zealand and between 7-10 working days if we are delivering to other destinations . If you have not received your order within the times indicated please contact us to advise us of your order details and we will track your item for you.

Can I return my item for a refund if it is not suitable?

Yes. Refer to our Returns Policy.
