Just follow the below steps to return an item and we will either refund your item in full plus the outbound shipping costs you were charged when you placed your order, assist you with exchanging your item or set you up with a store credit for future purchasing. Its your choice.
Unfortunately we cannot offer full refunds on sale or Bag A Bargain Thursday items but if the item isn't suitable we can offer a store credit.
How to return an item:

email us within 7 days from the date you received the item notifying us of your intention to return it

complete our Returns Form, clearly stipulating whether you would like us to fully refund the item and outbound courier fee you have paid, exchange the item or set up a store credit

reuse the existing courier bag and place the item inside, re-sealing the packaging

send us the item with its identification tag still attached and an accompanying completed Returns Form to the below address

When the items are returned we do give them a quality check to ensure they have not been worn, washed or damaged in any way. If you can please check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging to ensure you are happy with the item.
We need to receive the goods within 14 days of the date you received them, so that gives you two full weeks to get it back to us. Returns received outside the above time frames will be accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded as a store credit.
Where we can we will help you in exchanging an item for the same item in a different size, subject to our stock availability. Alternatively you can choose another item from within our store or a store credit for future purchasing.
