Ordering

All the items that you have selected appear in your Shopping Bag. If you do not want to order all the items, you can edit your Shopping Bag up until the point you click "Place Order".

When you click "Place Order" we verify your credit card and place your order. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Pay Now".

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the agreement between you and WorldWear will occur when we send this confirmation email.

We expressly reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Gift Vouchers and Store Credits

Gift Vouchers and Store Credits can only be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue, after which they expire. (the "Expiry Date")

A Gift Voucher can only be redeemed by the recipient of that Gift Voucher as nominated by the purchaser. A Store Credit can only be used by the holder, being the person whose account is credited with that Store Credit. The recipient of a Gift Voucher or the holder of a Store Credit (together, the "Holder") cannot transfer or assign the Gift Voucher or Store Credit, or his or her rights under it.

A Gift Voucher or Store Credit cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed with us. If the items which you order from us with a Gift Voucher or Store Credit cost more than the face value of the Gift Voucher/Store Credit, the Holder must pay the balance by any of the means set out in, and in accordance with the terms of payment.

If the goods which the Holder orders from us with a Gift Voucher or Store Credit cost less than the face value price of the Gift Voucher/Store Credit, we will create an account for the Holder (if she/he does not already have one) and we will credit her/his account with a Store Credit for the remaining balance.

Provision of Information

The onus is on the purchaser to ensure that the correct information is provided to WorldWear. This includes name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

By providing this information, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where WorldWear feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit card number or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

WorldWear accepts no liability or responsibility for issues or costs arising from incorrect information being supplied.

Pricing

Items available on the Site are able to be viewed in New Zealand or Australian dollars only and are inclusive of GST. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time subject as provided otherwise in accordance with these purchasing terms. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are added to your items prior to payment.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card or by direct debit into the WorldWear account. We also accept valid WorldWear Gift Vouchers or Store Credits.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by WorldWear. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to WorldWear, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Funds transfer will involve you arranging payment of funds from your account into our account. Once the money has been received, you will receive an email from us confirming this and acknowledging the details of your order.

Returns

WorldWear must be advised of returns within 7 days from date you received the item(s). In order to qualify for an exchange, store credit or refund, purchasers must comply with WorldWear's Returns Policy.

Certain items will be deemed not to be returnable and will be stipulated as such on the product information page.

Changing an Order

If you would like to change an order that you've just placed, please call us on +64 9 378 7236 within 12 hours of the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Items that have already been sent will need to comply with our Returns Policy.
